PocketPony — Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All PocketPony purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. Please review the product details, size chart, and design before placing your order.

Sizing
Our hoodies are a relaxed, oversized fit, and the pet pouch is designed for pets up to 15 lbs. Because all sales are final, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception is items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at jaesoxn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for that item at no cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email jaesoxn@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best. Once an order enters production or ships, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
